Dealership advertised a 2015 Certified Vehicle, made an appointment to test drive, and we were told that the "General Manager doesn't really want to sell this car because he is driving it." Why was that car being advertised for sale if they didn't want to sell it? Then, we were shown the same vehicle in another color (which was not my preference) and mileage was higher by 7,000 miles. We negotiated a price fairly quickly on the 2nd vehicle, We did not need their financing and it took over 6 hours for the dealership to figure out their own paperwork. During that time, our salesman complained that he was not going to make any money on the transaction and, in essence, that our business was not important to him. I politely explained that the sole reason that we had gone to that dealership was that they are USAA Certified and that the customer next to me was a USAA member, too. Obviously, they were making money (on volume alone from USAA). During the paperwork process, we were given incorrect information regarding the pricing of the extended warranty (quoted $3,000 for 12,000 miles). We declined the warranty, at that time, and signed paperwork. The salesman was supposed to go over the vehicle with me (which should have been a detailed process as there are many computerized features to the vehicle) and he spent 5 minutes reviewing the car with me. As we were leaving the dealership, the business manager came out to tell me that he incorrectly quoted the warranty ($1,600 for 100,000 miles). I explained that my husband had already left and he could draw up the revised paperwork and overnight it to us (we live an hour from dealership). It took over 2 weeks to get the corrected paperwork sent to us. I drove the new vehicle home in the dark and rain. The next morning, I noticed a 2 foot crack in the header of the windshield that had been covered up by the "Certified Vehicle" sticker at the dealership. I immediately called and was told that it wasn't a big deal, "it's only $250." I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager smugly stated that he would gladly take the car back. I inquired about the original car that we went to see (the GM's car) and he told me that it was sold. At that point, we asked that the dealership have someone come out to replace the windshield. They did and it was $1,500 for the windshield (the "manager" obviously didn't even know his own product). Three weeks later, I contacted Penn Dot as we bought the car in DE but are PA residents). They had not received any application for registration from the dealership. After speaking with the "GM" who told me that they had sold "so many cars to PA residents" and they are limited as to how many applications that they can take across the state line (which is absolutely inaccurate), that we were in the cue to send our registration to PA in the next week. I checked back the following week and spoke to the title clerk who informed me that they did not have a title for my vehicle. Long story short, the dealership SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITHOUT HAVING A TITLE, refused to return phone calls, and it has taken calls to Toyota Corporate, Toyota Financial, the State of Delaware's Consumer Affairs Office and over 3 months to FINALLY get a registration (after 2nd set of temp tags). AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

The qu At the start of the my vehicle search, I was partial to alot of brands. I was already a ToyOta owner, and didn't want to merge from the family. The quality of the car selections, combined with even better customer service, made my choice an easy and pleasant one. Ty was the exact personality for me when deciding on a car to buy: offered, never pressed. Patient, never assumed. And made sure I was happy at the end of every visit and test drive. The final deal he and Toyota provided for me will never be forgotten, and I'm still enjoying thinking about it even as I wrote this review! More
