Excellent Service While I would still recommend NTW for service, and the employees helping me were great I do feel that the service center is not as good as it used to While I would still recommend NTW for service, and the employees helping me were great I do feel that the service center is not as good as it used to be. 1. I miss having my car vacuumed!!!! If vacuuming when I first pull in is a safety hazard, then you could have moved that service to another area. 2. The new furniture (high tables and high work area for those with laptops) is AWFUL. Once I climb into the high chair, there is no way to pull myself close to the table to work comfortably. I wish you would bring back the low tables. I am 5' 6" and it is not easy to get in the high chairs. If I was shorter it would be even worse. The low chairs that face the TV are nice, but there is not way to do work at that area. 3. In December, I commented to the service person about the high tables and chairs and he told me that the area to the right of the play room was there for folks to do work but when I arrived this time, there have made it into am employee work area. We own 2 Toyotas, so NTW is the only place we have used for service since 2008. Part of the reason we bought Toyotas was NTW service. I could come in and get work done while my car was serviced. You spent a lot of money and the remodel and you ruined I like it less. More

Over the past 3 weeks it's been in and out so far 3 times and still waiting for a part. I feel confident knowing that customer service will take care of me and my car!!!
