Broken wiper I had the best experience at Toyota world. It was snowing in my windshield wiper broke I called into the service department there was no hesitation th I had the best experience at Toyota world. He asked for the shuttle service driver Charlie to bring me home so I did not have to wait in the dealership and then Charlie pick me up from my home once my car was ready. Friendly Staff I have been using my Toyota Care and have been making appointments with Newark Toyota for almost two years now. I've had some incidents occur but they I have been using my Toyota Care and have been making appointments with Newark Toyota for almost two years now. I've had some incidents occur but they were all taken care of appropriately. The employees are always quick to help and do their best to solve every issue. I have had excellent service with the service representatives however the mechanics tend to be a little sloppy. I have left a few times with oil spilled inside my engine bay and the paint chipped off my wheels during a tire rotation. Other then that I have had an okay experience compared to other dealership service centers I've dealt with. The cafe with cold drinks and hot coffee is a huge plus! More

I have already had several issues with this BRAND NEW car, so I was already a little frustrated to now have to deal with a flat tire issue. Michelle Smith greeted me when I pulled my car in. I have never in all my 39 years of dealing with people have I gotten such great customer service and general kindness. I had to wait a little longer than we all expected due to a sensor issue, Michelle offered me a rental/loaner so I could continue on my only day off. I will never take my care anywhere else. More
