I didn't realize the shuttle was only for select customers. I have no issue with the person who handled my repair, Jeffrey Sherrod. He was very professional throughout the process. If he were the only person I interacted with, this review would be 5 stars. However, this is the second time I attempted to use your shuttle service & was denied. I have been coming to you for auto repairs since 2010 & usually don't need a ride home. However, several years ago I needed a ride home & made contact with one of your shuttle drivers. I told him I lived on Milltown Rd. ( which is less than a 15 min. drive) & he told me he couldn't go that far. I had to call a taxi to get me home on that occasion. On 3-24-16, I had an emergency with my vehicle & called at 0700 hrs. to ask if I could bring it in & get the shuttle home. I was assured that both my requests were possible. I brought the car in & told Mr. Sherrod about my shuttle request. He told me to wait in the lounge & the shuttle driver would call my name. After about 30 mins., the shuttle driver walked in & asked who was waiting for the shuttle. I stood up & he asked me my name. He then informed me that my name wasn't on his list &, therefore, he could not take me. I told him I was instructed to wait for him in the lounge & it wasn't my fault he didn't have my name. He became very defensive & said he already had four passengers & couldn't take any more. He told me I would have to take it up with the person who wrote up my repair. I returned to Mr. Sherrod & told him that the shuttle driver refused to take me. He got me a rental car, but it meant that rather than going straight home, I had to wait another 30 mins. for Enterprise to pick me up & take me to their office to complete paperwork. It also meant that I had to waste time returning the car to them, before I could get my own car back. This made my experience with your dealership very disappointing. While I would still recommend your repair shop, I would caution anyone not to expect a high level of customer service from your shuttle staff. More
Excellent service from Colleen! This is the first time I have met Colleen, and while the other Service personnel have always been cordial, this is the best experience I can recall. This is the first time I have met Colleen, and while the other Service personnel have always been cordial, this is the best experience I can recall. Colleen was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything that would be done and what additional services were suggested. She created a climate where I felt very comfortable asking questions and her conscientious approach made me willing to trust her judgment. Since I do not know much about cars I'm sometimes unsure about making these decisions, but this time Colleen's caring professionalism made me feel more secure. More

Repeat Service Call Colleen, Service manager Jamar, Ricardo were all instrumental in explaining everything I had concerns about, your invoice is definitely not user frien Colleen, Service manager Jamar, Ricardo were all instrumental in explaining everything I had concerns about, your invoice is definitely not user friendly. There were things on the invoice I didn't understand, the Service manager took care of that, THANKS TO JAMAR, the service performed that day COLLEEN AND RICARDO TOOK CARE OF EXPLAINING THAT, THANKS TO THEM. In fact I was happy with how Ricardo explained the new problem in a way for me to understand, moving forward I requested only he to work on my car, consistency is important to me. More

I appreciate the fact that the regular maintenance service was done and no effort was made to suggest additional service that was not necessary (in contrast to my experience at the Honda agency nearby). The waiting room is comfortable and the tea, soda, and snacks were appreciated. More
