Almost 100% we were happy with Bill Ackridge and the sales department. Our experience was pleasant. The truck's damaged bumper was repaired and it looks great. The only thing I wish we would have been given was a hand book about the truck, especially since it is a certified vehicle. The information book was missing from the truck. service I have my battery change couple of months ago when I change my battery the roadside assistancsa it was covered when the battery stopped working I try I have my battery change couple of months ago when I change my battery the roadside assistancsa it was covered when the battery stopped working I try to use the roadside assistance I got the runaround and finally they decide to send me the roadside assistance and he came and start the car and I called Toyota at 7 p.m. while the roadside assistance checking the battery I asked if I can drop off the car tonight and the employee told me they about to close and I said to her you close at 8 pm and she said call back tomorrow morning they can help you I said ok the next morning I tried to start the car it wouldn't start I called back and they told me they will send a tow truck or towed away that's alright they told my car but I was told I owe them $75 why am I paying for their employment steak if she don't know the answer you should not answer than the first place she told me not to bring the car she told me to call the next morning but I'm not paying $75 it's not right then going to the Toyota for years I never have any problem More

Overall do a good job I've never had a problem with work performed.
