Oil Change My son was initially turned away (due to a 4 hr wait) and told to come back on Monday; I called, spoke to Ashley and they were able to get him in; thu My son was initially turned away (due to a 4 hr wait) and told to come back on Monday; I called, spoke to Ashley and they were able to get him in; thus, he had to come back later that evening before 6:45 and Dasia (sp) took care of me. The building is clean and bright, but I wish you would turn down the TVs! I sat in the area without TVs, but between the two of them and the morning shows jabbering and the folks sitting at the counter (where you can plug in a computer or phone) who were talking loudly on their cell phones, I found it difficult to concentrate on my work. This is a problem in most waiting rooms, I know, but not everyone loves all that background noise. Thanks. More

When your car is ready, the service manager comes to you and reviews all that was done on the vehicle and answers any questions. Your car has been washed and you are taken to the vehicle. More
