About four hours later, I was informed that they had corrected one recall and ordered the part for the warranty, but had I arrived for warranty work. It probably took them at least an hour to look at the tires, brakes, and filters -- none of which I asked for. The service adviser was fine, it is just the management's push for upsell in service that left me frustrated. More
