Oil Consumption Test Had to complete the oil consumption test on my 2007 Rav 4. Also had wipers changed and tires rotated and a safety check. Disappointed I was so disappointed in this last service. First I'd like to think that what I am being told is honest and I did not get that this time around. I was told my brakes needed replacing because they were at 3.5, however when I took my car to my friend who is also a mechanic he assured me that my brakes were fine. He removed my tires and took off the brake pads, measured them so I could see personally that they read 6.55 and the rear tires were 5.77. In addition to this I was told that I needed to replace my steering column which he also checked to find that it had NO issues whatsoever. The noise that I was hearing was never mentioned or detected at the dealership and my mechanic was able to find out what the sound was that I brought my sienna in for. The reason I did not have any work done there was because my instincts told me to have a second opinion, the proposed issues just did not make sense to me. I love my Toyota and I am greatly discouraged that I can not trust the advice of this service center. More

Quick, Fast, Excellent Service I needed an affordable quality vehicle, I looked online found a 2011 Toyota Prius on Newark Toyota World website. I called spoke with Mr. Throng he g I needed an affordable quality vehicle, I looked online found a 2011 Toyota Prius on Newark Toyota World website. I called spoke with Mr. Throng he gave me the information about the vehicle, took my information over the phone. He alerted me I had a few credit issues but he would find a solution, which he did. The next day I came in filled out the paperwork, he let me know what insurance company they typically work with and I got a pretty decent insurance quote. I got pretty decent financing on the vehicle as well as Gap insurance, and the full bumper to bumper warranty on every electronics part on the car for an extra $10 a month added to the payment. Fully covered and happy with my Prius. The staff was wonderful, friendly inviting and well informed. Once, I clear up my credit issues I will probably try to trade up to the 2016 Prius. More
