Disappointed I was so disappointed in this last service. First I'd like to think that what I am being told is honest and I did not get that this time around. I was told my brakes needed replacing because they were at 3.5, however when I took my car to my friend who is also a mechanic he assured me that my brakes were fine. He removed my tires and took off the brake pads, measured them so I could see personally that they read 6.55 and the rear tires were 5.77. In addition to this I was told that I needed to replace my steering column which he also checked to find that it had NO issues whatsoever. The noise that I was hearing was never mentioned or detected at the dealership and my mechanic was able to find out what the sound was that I brought my sienna in for. The reason I did not have any work done there was because my instincts told me to have a second opinion, the proposed issues just did not make sense to me. I love my Toyota and I am greatly discouraged that I can not trust the advice of this service center. More

Pleasant experience I brought my truck in for scheduled maintenance and was shown to waiting area with a nice spread of donuts and bagels. A lot of work, one hiccup I had lot of wear and tear work done at 115K miles (1800 dollars worth), no time to list it here, but the one hiccup was a tire pressure warning light I had lot of wear and tear work done at 115K miles (1800 dollars worth), no time to list it here, but the one hiccup was a tire pressure warning light was on when I left the dealer. It sat there overnight with a slow leak, that's probably why the tech didn't see it at the time. The tire has been slowly losing air over the last two days, I could not bring it back to Newark Toyota because it requires too much coordination because of my job (40 miles) and residence (20 miles), so I brought it to a place on base where I work. The pressure stem apparently was leaking. Had to have it replaced. I am not too concerned about it however, the Rav4 and Newark Toyota have been excellent with their service over the last number of years from my experience, will continue to have service performed by them. More
