Don't say something is included and it wasn't Alex very customer focused. When Alex was with another customer, Bill stepped right in to answer our questions/concerns. We still need to get a GPS which we were told was on this vehicle but couldn't locate it and found out it isn't included. We had it on the 2006 Priis which we traded in and found it is very necessary for our travels. More
