She did the initial review of the car in a very timely manner. When we got to her desk, she noticed that there was a recall on the driver side window and informed me that it could be done that day, but that it would take an extra hour. Michelle respected my time and offered a courtesy ride home. When she called back when things were completed, she even offered a pick up at my home to go back and take my car home. Very happy with the service. More

Something's Changed I have been a customer here for the past 2 years when I moved from the West Coast and decided to trust the dealership with the maintenance of my car. I have been a customer here for the past 2 years when I moved from the West Coast and decided to trust the dealership with the maintenance of my car. Up until this visit, I always has the feeling that the service center was looking out for my best interests. They would tell me what maintenance was needed, but they would also tell me what was NOT needed and how long other services could wait. This visit seemed like a total scam job, like everything had high importance and everything should be fixed right now. They even went so far as to try to sell me tires. While this may not seem like a big deal, I have always maintained my tires well. These tires according to their own tests were not even in the "replace" condition. It seemed like a desperate move on their part. It also occurred to me while walking through the service lobby that they are so driven by making money that they sell things that have no connection to the service of my car. For example they sell house decorations that hang on the wall and say things like "Life is what you make it" or some such quote that has no place in a dealership service center. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot return to anyplace that makes me feel like I am supposed to just open up my wallet when I walk in the door. More

I appreciated the associates going the extra mile and asking about how I like my car, checking prices on parts for me, and even washing and possibly vacuuming my vehical during my oil change, tire rotation and maintence check. I am very pleased with everything so far and I am happy I choose Toyota. More
$120/hr for labor! I had 5 things to do on my 2006 minivan: fix tire pressure light that is on, fix broken power sliding door (very bad design), pull broken aux cable fr I had 5 things to do on my 2006 minivan: fix tire pressure light that is on, fix broken power sliding door (very bad design), pull broken aux cable from 3.5mm jack (my bad), reinstall broken arm rest (a bad design), fix dime-sized rust spot on lift gate. They offered to re-paint the entire lift gate rather than apply some touch-up paint, so no help there. They reset the tire pressure light, and it came back on a day later, so no help there. They cut the cable to my power sliding door, which has given us tons of trouble in the past. We picked the trim level to get the power sliding door, and we shouldn't have. It is a horrible design that doesn't work, and Toyota has done very little to address it, so no help there. Oh well, now we have a manual door. At least it opens now, and I'm only out $60. They offered to replace the aux jack for a few hundred dollars... no help there either. I definitely won't be going back to the dealership for any work, and my first experience with "Toyota quality" has been just the opposite. I have no desire to buy a Toyota ever again. I'll take it to a local shop until it dies. More

First Service 1st time to service dept for 6 month check..all was great BUT I did not like the fact that i was waiting 10 minutes for a service rep to write me up a 1st time to service dept for 6 month check..all was great BUT I did not like the fact that i was waiting 10 minutes for a service rep to write me up and when she came out she went to a car that had came in after me which only made my visit even longer. A better system is needed to service the 1st come 1st served..not the closest to the door, More
