Poor service to clients I went to the Newark Toyota service twice. The first time they said they could not take care of me because their computers were down. The second time I went to the Newark Toyota service twice. The first time they said they could not take care of me because their computers were down. The second time they wanted to charge me for the bars that go across the roof of my brand new car $100 per hr. First they did not listen that I had already paid for it and its installation. They finally took care of it. I have problems with the brand new car (no a/c and engine seems to be stalling and sound rough). I reported it and they told me to take the car back there. I will do so with the hope that this time they will have time to listen and take care of the problem without having to wait a long time. When I go there I do not feel treated with the same courtesy than when I went to buy my car. I feel that they do not care anymore, that all for them is a business and they try to get as much money as they can from the clients. More

Very slow and unsatisfactory Bought my Toyota Camry SE couple of days ago (great car BTW). Service at the dealership very poor and slow. Selected my car in 10 minutes and for some reason, the manager wanted to sell me another car from the lot, God knows why. The salesperson, kept going to other people and we had two kids with us, I mean come on. Finish with us and then go take care of others, BTW, there were three other customers in the dealership that day, it was Monday, the day after Easter. I gave the salesman quote from another dealer in the form of an email and everything was in black and white but the salesman thought I was lying and he called the dealership to make sure. The sales person was not aware of all the options for the audio system and he did not tell me about ENTUNE and the apps feature it has. The gentleman from finance did not give us 0% APR and $500 cash back which would have been better for us, offered by toyota. After we singed our papers, it took us over an hour to get our from car wash and details, i mean its a new car. They took over an hour and the safety lugs were still in the dashboard. I guess they were really busy with empty dealership. In short, don't go to this dealership, travel little bit more and go to other dealerships in the area, and the price are lot better too. That's what I should have done. More
