She is consistently cheerful, patient and attentive, and she always makes sure we are well informed about work that has been performed, or if any service may be needed or recommended. We always request technician Mike Restucci to perform the service on our 1997 Toyota Celica GT. At nearly twenty years old and with over 185,000 miles, it is a rolling testament to Mike's mechanical skill, and Factory Toyota Service in general. Poor service to clients I went to the Newark Toyota service twice. The first time they said they could not take care of me because their computers were down. The second time I went to the Newark Toyota service twice. The first time they said they could not take care of me because their computers were down. The second time they wanted to charge me for the bars that go across the roof of my brand new car $100 per hr. First they did not listen that I had already paid for it and its installation. They finally took care of it. I have problems with the brand new car (no a/c and engine seems to be stalling and sound rough). I reported it and they told me to take the car back there. I will do so with the hope that this time they will have time to listen and take care of the problem without having to wait a long time. When I go there I do not feel treated with the same courtesy than when I went to buy my car. I feel that they do not care anymore, that all for them is a business and they try to get as much money as they can from the clients. More
