When I called and scheduled service I was quoted a price of $59 for an oil change and safety check. The safety check was to check brakes, fluid levels, etc. when service was completed, after two hours for an oil change and safety check, I was charged $67.49 for the oil change and $31.99 for the brake check. When I explained the situation to the service advisor his response was “ I had the same problem with another customer earlier.” I have bought many vehicles from this dealer but they have lost a customer More

I had my first service completed on my first Toyota. Service was completed in the estimated time. Service adviser was very polite and friendly. They even washed my Sienna! I was impressed! Please Call Me and Let Me Know My Car Is Done or Not Done I've only been using this service center for the last year or so. Service was excellent in the beginning. I now find that I am not being called when I've only been using this service center for the last year or so. Service was excellent in the beginning. I now find that I am not being called when my car is completed (there was add'l work I wanted done that I received via text). I still wanted to talk to the service advisor. I called at 10 am and rec'd no call back. I called again at 2 and was told service advisor never received my message. the add'l work was completed but with headaches of extra phone calls that were not necessary. I wanted the add'l work done due to leaving for vacation. I was advised that I declined service when I had accepted and had proof on my cell phone. Told it's a problem that others have mentioned. Really? I ended up having to wait an extra 1/2 hour. Not a big deal, you say? Well, I dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 am and expected it to be done by 4:45 pm. I ended up waiting until 5:15. This could have been avoided had I received a return phone call. Shuttle service was excellent and on time both ways. More
