Excellent Service My appointment was for 9 AM August 14. Luis greeted me as soon as I entered the service bay. He brought the part to the waiting room and showed me the part and told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hrs before the work would be completed. Almost to the minute, Luis returned to tell me that my car was ready to go I will ask for Luis the next time I go back for service. More
Lazy salesman, don't buy if your out of state! "it will be easier if you handle the tags yourself". I have never had to do all the legwork when it came to buying a car. So 3 trips to the MVA, missed work and a very unhappy email/text later (that no one cared enough to respond to), I finally have a legal car on the road, no thanks to Ajay Bhan and Toyota. More

My service rep kept me informed the entire time while I waited for my 35,000 mile service. I had a 9;20 appointment and my visit lasted till 11:20, I wish there was a way to begin service as soon as you arrive as a customer, it is much more convenient to wait rather than dropping off my vehicle. Servicing at this age of the vehicle is very limited and should not take 3 hours. The entire staff id friendly and engaging and I would reccommend this facility to others that I know. More

Overall great experience Î went in and was greeted right away also was offered help with removing items out of the vehicle (I had a baby with me). I then was taken inside whe Î went in and was greeted right away also was offered help with removing items out of the vehicle (I had a baby with me). I then was taken inside where I was helped by Frank DelGuercio he helped me with service documents. The baby and I waited for a rental car in the playroom a very happy Becky came to assist me with a smile on her face and was very helpful and accomadating. They brought the car right up for me and once again helped me lug all of the baby items to the car and I was on my way. It was great. More
