Please Call Me and Let Me Know My Car Is Done or Not Done I've only been using this service center for the last year or so. Service was excellent in the beginning. I now find that I am not being called when I've only been using this service center for the last year or so. Service was excellent in the beginning. I now find that I am not being called when my car is completed (there was add'l work I wanted done that I received via text). I still wanted to talk to the service advisor. I called at 10 am and rec'd no call back. I called again at 2 and was told service advisor never received my message. the add'l work was completed but with headaches of extra phone calls that were not necessary. I wanted the add'l work done due to leaving for vacation. I was advised that I declined service when I had accepted and had proof on my cell phone. Told it's a problem that others have mentioned. Really? I ended up having to wait an extra 1/2 hour. Not a big deal, you say? Well, I dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 am and expected it to be done by 4:45 pm. I ended up waiting until 5:15. This could have been avoided had I received a return phone call. Shuttle service was excellent and on time both ways. More

Never used the shuttle but I guess its a nice option. When I came to pick up and pay, Matt walked me out to the car and answered my questions about pressure for front vs back. Payment and check-out was quicker than it used to be. Newark Toyota has always been able to accommodate our request for scheduling work a day or two ahead. My only criticism is that whenever I bring it in for planned PM (70K, 80K etc) the bill is always ALOT more than I am expected. They always find some rather pricey filters or adjustments that are needed. More
