First service for my 2016 Toyota Prius I was greeted and waited on quite quickly. They explained what the service would entail PRIOR to doing the work. I learned that my car did NOT require an oil change at 5,000 miles, as the new cars made today can go 10,000 miles before requiring an oil change because of the use of synthetic oil. I was in and out of the service area within 30 minutes! Since it was my first experience at this dealership, I was quite satisfied with my first service visit to Newark Toyota. More
