Probably won't return Experience wasn't real awful however upon arrival I told the Service Advisor when I arrived that it was my first visit to his dealership because I was Experience wasn't real awful however upon arrival I told the Service Advisor when I arrived that it was my first visit to his dealership because I wasn't happy with the treatment I received at another dealership. To start off with I only asked for an oil change and filter. Apparently the 20 Thousand mile service calls for a tire rotation as well. If I had been asked if I wished to waive the tire rotation the experience wouldn't have happened. When I paid for the visit I received the paperwork that stated the rotation cost 24.95 (Could have easily been waived) The paperwork I received stated that all 4 of the tires had 7/32 inches of tread left. At about 12,000 miles I had to have 1 of the tires replaced due to a blow-out therefore It is physically impossible for all 4 tires to have the same tread depth. I asked the Service Advisor if it was possible if the Technician pencil whipped the paperwork and he admitted that was probably what happened, but didn't know what to do about it? Really? How about refunding the tire rotation? Is there proof that the rotation happened at all? Did the Oil and Filter get replaced? My question is this...If the Technician lied about the tires, what else did he lie about? More

Front/engine noise Problem quickly diagnosed and repaired. Given a loaner since the work took 6 hours to complete. Excellent Customer Service These guys are good. I had an engine oil consumption failure due to Toyota manufacturing problem, and the service center made sure I had a rental for These guys are good. I had an engine oil consumption failure due to Toyota manufacturing problem, and the service center made sure I had a rental for the entire period of the repair (which took a few weeks) and any follow up repairs related to the problem at no cost to me. I felt very valued as a Toyota customer and owner. More

Thanks, Jamar My brand new Prius had a Toyo Tire (no relation to Toyota) blowout due to indeterminate factors. I believe the tire failed. Anyway, Jamar was very hel My brand new Prius had a Toyo Tire (no relation to Toyota) blowout due to indeterminate factors. I believe the tire failed. Anyway, Jamar was very helpful in getting my car repaired, going so far as to ordering new parts for those that were damaged. These were replaced for free. He was courteous and friendly. I gave the service center 4 stars because when my Toyos were switched out for Michelins at my own expense, two of the tire valves were left off. I replaced them with some of my own old ones. While the center claimed to have only charged me for 3 new tires, I think the price was a bit steep, and they charged for balancing and mounting all of them. I'd compare local prices, if you are contemplating such a purchase. I really had no choice due to circumstances. Again JAMAR did a great job. I just tend to think dealers are more expensive. More

We have been quite happy usually, but at our last visit, they seemed stressed (and the service managers admitted to being short staffed. They did fine with the 60,000 mile service and our tire issues. However, they did not completely fix our car. Our built in garage door opener stopped working and they essentially charged us $137 to tell us that two of the channels were "full" and that they reprogrammed the third. However,still none of the channels work (I know it is not the garage door opener since the hand held opener still works). Also, shouldnt that have been covered on our full extended warranty for electronic issues? Unfortunately, we left town for two weeks on a driving trip right after leaving the dealer so could not directly address this issue then. We will need to get in contact again in late August More
