Not forth coming in the cost of the item and time of work. I came to purchase a key for my 2003 Avalon. The cost of regular key $62.00 and then the cost to have it programmed $90.00, for a total cost of $152. I came to purchase a key for my 2003 Avalon. The cost of regular key $62.00 and then the cost to have it programmed $90.00, for a total cost of $152.00 is outrageous. Since their isn't an alternative source to purchase the key the Toyota Dealership takes advantage of the consumer. More

BUT the high metal chairs are so xxxx uncomfortable. I think your service department was designed to discourage anyone from waiting for their car. But even the experience of checking in is physical torture to older persons. I don't think Toyota's major demographics is young people so perhaps you should rethink your uncomfortable and "cold" interior design. More

The service staff, primarily Geof and Colleen could not have been more professional and accommodating. They negotiated a deal with the warranty I had through another dealership in my hometown, and had my car fixed within a few hours of receiving the part from the supplier. It was a stressful and frustrating event, but their great attitude and fine customer service made it a pleasure to deal with them. In fact, if I wasn't from out of town, I'd be hurrying in there to purchase my next Toyota vehicle. I highly recommend them! More
Went in with a Concern and Left with a Big Smile I own a 2000 Toyota Celica GT. So it is approximately 16 and a half years old. I went to Newark Toyota World to have my routine oil change and also I own a 2000 Toyota Celica GT. So it is approximately 16 and a half years old. I went to Newark Toyota World to have my routine oil change and also to see if they could analyze and fix the TRD muffler exhaust problem I was having. Basically, the exhaust tip was off center and the tip was hitting up against my back bumper. This situation constantly created loud noises and severe vibration inside the cabin. The service rep. told me they checked all the relevant mounts; they also re-positioned the muffler and exhaust so that the tip is now hanging at a dead-center position with about an inch of space all around between the exhaust tip and the back bumper. So far, their work has removed all the original issues I had with the exhaust. And with a 12 month warranty attached to the exhaust fix, I drove out quite relieved and I was happy to finally enjoy driving my car again without suffering through the ever worsening exhaust vibration and back bumper rubbing. Overall, my service rep. Chris Drayton gave outstanding customer service and I was completely satisfied with my trip. More

Latest Service Visit Service team was quick to get me in to have an oil change, tire rotation and inspections done for a 45,000 mile service. Wesley, the assistant manager Service team was quick to get me in to have an oil change, tire rotation and inspections done for a 45,000 mile service. Wesley, the assistant manager was very personable and able to explain the work to be done. He checked for recalls and found there was one which would be fixed at no charge. Unfortunately for me the inspections turned up needed brake work and fuel system cleaning. Wesley explained what needed to be done, and I signed off on the repairs. The repairs were necessary. The car was fixed in a prompt manner and Wesley let me know that my car was ready. Car rides fine. I had not brought a coupon for $100 off the work I had done, because I was under the impression the service charge was going to be under $100. . So I was wondering if that could still be valid. Also, I was disappointed, that after spending $500., the car was automatically washed. I had to ask about that. More

He said they had to call Toyota and confirm it was covered. I'm said that was fine please call. He said he had to get the ok to charge me. Waited sometime Manager of traffic came over and was very nice He got the issue resolved Took a few hours My spot was made to be a waiting appt. I left and came back I dont think the customer service guy knew what to do for a Navigator system nor was he familiar with the ext need warranty programs I paid for when I bought vehicle just a couple years ago ... The system is still not working properly so will need another appointment .... More
