There are 2 things that do annoy me however: They no longer vacuum my car, and once again the car wash was not working, so my car didn't get washed. They always tell me that I can come back another day, but I rarely drive by the service center and I would hate to make a specific trip, only to discover that it was out-of-order again. More

First time customer & recall item My 2007 Toyota was part of the airbag recall. Newark Toyota Service and Rental staff were very helpful telling what needed to be done and my options. My 2007 Toyota was part of the airbag recall. Newark Toyota Service and Rental staff were very helpful telling what needed to be done and my options. I received a free rental for length of time it took for the new airbag to come in and I received weekly call on the status of the part. The only problem was when I went to get my car, the glove box wasn't installed. However in 30 minutes I was on my way. More
