She met me with a smile at my vehicle and reviewed my issue (a loose plate hanging down from the engine) as well as the service history of the vehicle to see what else it "might" need. She recommended a wheel alignment as the only thing that might be overdue. Turns out the car needed it. Colleen was pro-active in keeping me abreast of the progress of my vehicle and what was found. She is an excellent ambassador on top of being a good service manager. I applaud her. More

It's the only place we take our cars for service and in addition with the confidence and enjoyment we have from owning Toyota's, is the reason we'll continue to stay with Toyota vehicles. The most recent visit was just as the service center was closing for the night. I carried in a flat tire that had been punctured by road debris and I was immediately greeted by one of the service managers. We looked at the puncture together and he assured me it could be fixed without having to buy a new tire. The next morning before 9:30am , I got a call saying my tire was fixed and ready to be picked up. Thank you Newark Toyota World! More
