Six Month Service and Issue with Sunroof I recently brought my 2018 Lexus nx300 in to New Country for its 6 month service. This was my first experience with this dealership, and I wasn't sur I recently brought my 2018 Lexus nx300 in to New Country for its 6 month service. This was my first experience with this dealership, and I wasn't sure of the protocol. When I arrived, I mentioned that my sunroof wouldn't open and asked if someone could look at it ... I figured I had inadvertently locked it, or changed a setting, etc. The Service Consultant efficiently handled the intake of my car in a professional manner. I say this because my experiences at a previous car dealership was not as pleasant - I was actually I was ignored and spoken to in a somewhat condescending manner, so this was a refreshing experience. The sunroof needed more time than I had available, so we scheduled an appointment for service. The Service Consultant suggested that I take a loaner while my car was serviced, and even went the extra mile to make it available to me the evening prior to my appointment so that I would not be late for work the following day. Now, that's great customer service. My experience overall with this dealership has been wonderful. More
