Great service experience Wanted to have a RES+ Remote start which can be operated with the phone or key fob installed on our RX350. Spoke with Joe Moran who called me back whe Wanted to have a RES+ Remote start which can be operated with the phone or key fob installed on our RX350. Spoke with Joe Moran who called me back when he said he would and advised me that it was available and he set the appointment. We showed up for the appointment and our service writer Sid said it was going to take about 2 hours to install. He gaves us a loaner car and we left. About 90 mins. later I got a call from Sid who told me not to rush back as it was going to take a little longer than the 2 hrs. and that he would call when the car was done. About 45 mins. later Sid called and told us the car was done. Upon returning we were having an issue connecting the phones to the remote start in the vehicle. Sid took the time to contact Lexus. He then went on line and got us registered with Lexus so we could link the phones to the remote starter. We feel they went above and beyond what they are required to do and we were very pleased with the excellent service. More
