Was good to deal with and I appreciated the drop off service. Still was more expensive than I anticipated. Truck was returned to me and the step up boards refused to go all the way up. I sent and Email directly to the GM at New Brighton and the manager. I was very happy with everyone at Ford. I had Orlando once when, then Lou and Alex helped with the computer issues.
