I give them 5 stars because they honor the fact that you had an appointment scheduled and were willing to wait, in house. I can't say that about other Dealers like the "first come first serve", you may wait had an appointment scheduled and were willing to wait, in house. I can't say that about other Dealers like the "first come first serve", you may wait for many hours to get in even if they do work on a Saturday! Quick lane at New Brighton opens early enough that you generally don't have to wait long if you get in asap. Also, they have honor other competitor's coupons on pricing as well as the One Hour Guarantee on finishing a job (oil, rotation, battery, etc.), any job. Highly recommend this location. More

My first time going there. Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and declined tire rotation because the price was around $100. Went straight to Discount Tire for a free rotation. Also, I don’t think New Brighton Ford reports service work to Car Fax because I my oil change didn’t show up although some rear wheel covers installed at Apple Ford do show up on Car fax. Will try a different Ford dealer next time. More
