My first time going there. Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and declined tire rotation because the price was aroun Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and declined tire rotation because the price was around $100. Went straight to Discount Tire for a free rotation. Also, I don’t think New Brighton Ford reports service work to Car Fax because I my oil change didn’t show up although some rear wheel covers installed at Apple Ford do show up on Car fax. Will try a different Ford dealer next time. More

I didn't even want to give them 1 star, this was the worst dealership to ever work with. They are refusing to give me paperwork I requested that shows the work that has been performed on a vehicle I jus worst dealership to ever work with. They are refusing to give me paperwork I requested that shows the work that has been performed on a vehicle I just purchased, lack of communication on getting appointments made or updates on vehicle in service. Promises for follow through from the GM that has not happened. You are just another number with this dealership and all they want is your money! Don't do business with them you will regret it! More
