My first time going there. Service advisor was not friendly and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Also, I don’t think New Brighton Ford reports service work to Car Fax because I my oil change didn’t show up although some rear wheel covers installed at Apple Ford do show up on Car fax. Will try a different Ford dealer next time. More
