I honored my appointment yesterday and came into the showroom at around 5:10PM. I must tell you I have never had a more unpleasant car buying/shopping experience. Not only were you (Steve K) deceptive showroom at around 5:10PM. I must tell you I have never had a more unpleasant car buying/shopping experience. Not only were you (Steve K) deceptive about your available inventory — your showroom sales representative made no effort to accommodate my needs as a cash paying customer. I found the sales rep (Al) less than knowledgeable about your current stock and the vehicle line and the finance manager, rude and indifferent. Advised me that there was only (1) one remaining vehicle in the entire US, in Massachusetts and he would “not be going to Massachusetts to get it”. Not to mention, he tossed aside my true car price as if it were toilet paper — worthless. Thanks for wasting my time and for nothing, but for enlightening me to your business practices. I departed unhappy and will never visit a Nemet dealership again. Nor will I recommend anyone to your business. I find Nemet to be less than reputable and you don’t represent the Hyundai brand well. I have forwarded my concerns to Hyundai National and to True Car for review of your certification. Lousy experience with you guys. Horrible! I ultimately purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Turbo Ltd. At a local NYC Hyundai with no hassle, plenty of stock and a memorable and pleasant experience. Shame on you! More
I bought a car last year ok fine.... We refinanced this year we go to cancel our GAP and get the bs run around it takes 6-8 weeks to cancel. So i call dealership oh well it takes 6-8 weeks, i said really i can fax over the info in 5 minutes to cancel it myself he still says it takes that long and finally they have to cut me the check!! When we were at the dealership to cancel this we were treated like something they scrapped off the bottom of their shoe and was told "at least you get free pop"!!! I told him i will cancel it myself since they cannot do their jobs! More
Dealer scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my car sales, and when i got there they said they don't do car sales on weekend. Called to find out lease prices and instead had a lot of stupid phone calls back to let me know that all of the cars(4 different models)were available at the lot and numbers work only when I come in. I thanked them and hung up, next day I had another call and I said that I would not deal that cannot even tell me the price of a car. 3 hours later i received another call on my business number from their answering machine, looking like i called them and they were returning my call. One more stupid call from them and I will get very upset. More
Simply put, these guys are crooks and rip offs, I hope Hyundai can read reviews about them and stop them from their devilish rip off acts. I cannot explain my experience with them, I bought a new car quite alright, but very dissapointed to be doing business with humans that are nothing but crooks like this. Here they lie, pretend, take advantage of and total non-enthusiastic about their customers. All they want is your money, nothing more. They are full of deceptions and lies, you may be trust their salesperson a little but, but the finance guy / department is full of nothing but scammers and liers. A word is enough for the wise. More
I went to this dealer to look at a few cars, and this was my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous and indecisive. I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance or buy and I decided to buy a car they showed me my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous and indecisive. I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance or buy and I decided to buy a car they showed me in cash and asked the salesperson if I could put a deposit and would they hold it a little over a week. He said no, that was against policy, which is fine, that is not the issue. The issue is -following that, he told me that I didn't appear ready, and to come back when I am because "I was taking time out of his day" for nothing! I can't believe that a salesperson would suggest I was wasting his time. Extremely unbelievable. This is a horrible way to treat customers. He didn't explain other options to me, he just looked mad and dismissed me. I walked out and wound up buying a car from another dealer in the area who offered great customer service and was patient and helpful. the salesperson automaticlly made an incorrect assumption that I wasn't ready to buy, but had he taken the time to speak with me further, and go over options, I would have purchased the vehicle. His comment about taking time out of his day was unacceptable. That's a horrible way to treat customers. More
Scott and the entire sales team were wonderful to deal with. They helped with every part of the transaction from test drive, to price negotiation, to financing , and to drive off. Good customer service. I was looking for a 2008 Nissan Murano and I saw Nemet had it on their website. The sales guy I think his name was Steve was great. Agreed to a price. Signed & gave deposit. Then games began. First they stick an EXTRA $1,000 on sales tax, then they add almost $4000 in bogus extra fees, and then they jack the intrest rate up by anoth began. After confronting the manager he stated "how else can I make money on this deal". They are so brazen about their scams, that Jeff even signed a note admitting the extra bogus fees. KEEP AWAY.
