The best factor about this dealership is the price you actually get, although their adds tell you that you get the car at the advertised price plus tax and title. This is not true. When the contract is written up, they add shipping and administrative costs to the price. So you have to bargain again or threaten to walk out. So be prepared to play hard ball, if you play well, you win. More
BEWARE BUYERS!!! They are bunch of liers and crooks. Especially the sales girl I worked with. Then, she hooked me up with a Geico insurance guy and got a quotation for a really good price with a $750 down payment. She confirmed my monthly payment would be $100 but when I received my insurance packages from geico, my monthly payment was actually $250 instead of $100. and my $750 down payment was nowhere to be found in the papers. I went down there to her but she just kept saying that she only sells cars and has nothing to do with insurance. When you decide to buy from them, just make sure to keep everything written and ask for all the receipts and copies of everything. It was the worst experience ever! More

They sales staff was very helpful. I called and spoke to Malika in the BDC and she was very helpful and professional. I could not make my first appointment but she kept in contact until I was able to resche Malika in the BDC and she was very helpful and professional. My husband and I went into the dealership to purchase a 2009 Santa Fe. The sales person gave us a decent price and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. We went back to the dealer an hour later with a down payment, and sat around for about another hour while these ridiculous people got their act together. The paperwork was all over the place, and they claimed they never received our insurance papers. Finally, we were sent down to speak to the finance person. There, we sat around again for almost another two hours waiting for the finance person. It was obvious that he had no desire to do his job, and it seemed as if he felt we were wasting his time. When we finally met with him, he was rude and nasty. It seemed like he couldn't be bothered with out business. He had us sign all this paperwork and did not get to the final price until the last minute. My husband and I were shocked and angry when he quoted us with a price which was much higher than what the sales person and we agreed on. He was trying to cheat us out of almost $2000 dollars, and claimed several times that we were not correct in our calculations. After being in the dealership for over 6 hours that day, we were fed up and disgusted at how inconsiderate and greedy this finance person was. Our matter did not get resolved until we went back to the dealership and had the sales manager look over the paperwork. He realized that the finance person overcharged us by $2000 and corrected the price of the car. These people are out to make customers over pay, and hope they won't notice their mistakes. I have never met such an inconsiderate group of people, and hope that others STAY AWAY FROM NEMET!!!!!!!! More

I drove down there they salesman was busy but the sales manager looked at me and said what car you here for I told him and he said it was sold I said you called me 5 times to come in since yesterday and now its sold and you dont call me. He said it was just sold even though the car was sitting right there. I left and called back to say how unprofessional they were they sales manager started berating me saying he did not want to sell me the car and he lied to me the car was still avaliable but he would not sell it to me not even for the 32,500. I know you guys are all thinking there must be more to this story but I am in the same boat as you these guys are just crazy. The next day someone else called as a follow up to see if I was still interested and I told her what happened they gave me the GM who said he would look into once again the nutty sales manager called me and a pre recorded message came on saying this conversation was being recorded. He said the truck is still avaliable and if I am interested I can have it for $38,000. Please read all the reviews on every site this dealerships only gets negative reviews and they may seem made up but if you dont believe it than try it for yourself you will be sorry. More
I went to Nemet in the search for a new car. The sales associate was ok, he did not push me to buy, he showed me a 2008 left back Hyundai and I liked it. The sales manager came over and spoke to me and convinced me to leave a downpayment. The price which we negotiated sounded good so I went back the next day to get the car. The finance manager totally screwed me over, he charged me almost $5000.00 extra for the car. (1) because I had no one in my household who owned a hyundai and (2) because I negotiated a very low interest rate I did not get my $2000. cash back. All together I paid almost $20000. for a car that I had origanally negotiated for $13775. Plus I paid down $3000. While dealing with the finance manager he constantly had people coming in and out his office and he did not give me his full attention and explain the whole situation to me. He just kept giving me forms to sign, and this being my first car I was inexperienced and had no idea what was going on. Please don't let this happen to you. I believe that Nemet financing rob a lot of people this way. More
