Service members great, process of work, not great. I took my car to the service department while I went for a work conference. My plan was to get everything fixed that needed to be fixed while I was aw I took my car to the service department while I went for a work conference. My plan was to get everything fixed that needed to be fixed while I was away for the week. I dropped my car off and filled out the after hours drop as much in detail as I could. I received a call (which was great) to confirm what I needed done. I received a call later confirming that they completed my alignment (which was greatly needed) and was asked if I needed anything else done. I replied that I wrote and expressed other concerns on the phone when I was contacted. I was asked did I need the car back that day and I told him I would be gone the whole week. I received a call the next day and was told that the alignment should have taken care of everything. I asked, "is my steering wheel still shaking when the car stops when slowing down from over 50 mph?" I explained that my car needed to be driven to see if it was corrected. He replied after he drove the car that it probably needed brakes. I expressed earlier that I wanted everything fixed, that I didn't want to come back in town just to put my car in the shop again. Long story short, after a day of driving the car, same issues are still apparent. Now I will have to waste a day of vacation to correct the same deficiencies. Very disappointed with the service process!!! More
