Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered throughout this process. To clarify the timeline: when you first brought your Jeep in for warning lights, we diagnosed the issue as a faulty ABS module. We submitted the repair to your warranty provider, Portfolio, which approved the repair with a $100 deductible. At that time, we were informed that the part would take approximately two weeks to arrive, and we also explained that the loaner vehicle allowance through your warranty only covered five days. You chose to take your vehicle home while waiting for the part. Unfortunately, about a week later, the part went into backorder status, which extended the wait to nearly three additional weeks. When the warning lights returned, you brought the Jeep back in and opted to use the loaner. We again let you know the loaner was only covered for five days and that any additional time would be billed at $35 per day. You returned the loaner on the fifth day as agreed. Once the part arrived, we installed the new ABS module, but during the test drive, an unexpected issue occurred. You chose to wait that day, but due to the shop’s schedule, we weren’t able to get the vehicle back in immediately. You returned with the Jeep on Friday, and our team inspected it Saturday morning but was unable to replicate the issue at that time. We understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially with concerns about safety. Our goal is always to deliver quality service and ensure our customers feel confident and cared for.
