I had a large number of services performed and the work was done as requested. An unknown leak was identified and brought to my attention. I was skeptical about it and thought it might be an attempt to tak was done as requested. An unknown leak was identified and brought to my attention. I'm going to start by saying that in the past, I've had some pretty bad experiences with dealerships and decided that I would never buy another vehicle from a dealership again. Well, needless, to say, I d some pretty bad experiences with dealerships and decided that I would never buy another vehicle from a dealership again. Well, needless, to say, I decided to give it one more try, before judging all dealerships as the same. I drove up to the dealer's front door and was met by Chris Hines, who appeared to be very friendly. I explained what I was looking for as a trade and he immediately showed me what I was looking for. As we were walking out to the truck on the lot, a second person, Chris Meadows met up with us and I was then turned over to him in search of my next vehicle. Chris and I hit it off immediately and after looking at several trucks, I explained to Chris that I wanted to take some time and think about my options. He DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME to decide on the spot or try keeping me at the dealership by holding my car keys...as most salesmen will do. I returned to the dealer the next day and was immediately met by, Chris Meadows and Chris Hines. It was a rainy and windy day, making it miserable to look at and test drive the trucks again. Chris did not hesitate to walk out in the rain to show me the trucks again and take them for a second test drive. I felt welcome being around both of these guys. Very friendly, and professional and made me feel very welcome. The reason I made this so long and to the point is because, out of ALL THE OTHER Dealerships that I went to in search of my next vehicle, I felt like I was a bother and the salespeople just ignored me, and when I asked a question they seemed very rude! Needless to say; it was because of the two Chris's that I bought my next vehicle from National Dodge. During the purchase process, I inquired about any issues that I might find with the truck on the way home, Both said that they would correct and make any issue right, just bring it back in. I jokingly told them that; I'd heard that before! and expected to drive off with an "As Is" vehicle. Well, there were a few minor things that I didn't notice during the test drive, and I then called Chris to explain the issues. Chris DID NOT HESITATE to tell me, to bring the vehicle back in and they would take care of it! They both took immediate action to correct the small issues and have now gained my trust and a long-term customer from now on. Roy is the technician who made the corrections and seems very knowledgeable and friendly. I just had an AWESOME UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE with the employees and management, that I wanted to share with you! If you're looking to buy or trade in the future, I highly recommend you stop by and see either of the Chris's and tell them you saw my review on this site. Kudos are for all of you. Dave Huff More
