Excellent customer service! After dealing with multiple dealerships and feeling like they were all trying to take advantage of me I am very happy that I found National. I called them and was able to get a no-haggle price on a new vehicle and the trade-in value of my current vehicle prior to even driving down. Terrible communication Every time I come to this dealership for the most simple things (tire rotation, oil change) I have a ridiculous wait even with a appointment. They continually fail to keep customers informed on why it takes over two hours for simple service. It is truly an unprofessional experience. I have free oil changes for the life of my vehicle but I would rather go elsewhere because of the wait time. I love my vehicle but the service is terrible. Darrell is the only one who I have experienced that will come out and give you a straight answer. More
