Buying the truck was 1 thing, service dept sucks My situation was not a easy deal, so they worked with me to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Jeff kept in contact with me through the whole process. Chris did a great job of getting me the financing that I could afford. From day 1, I told them what I wanted and Jeff delivered. Lorenzo got me in an out quick with all the paperwork. I drove a hr and half to get there, will definitely do it again when the time comes for another truck. 1/8/2018 Service department is very lacking in communication, organization, and skills. Had the truck in on 11/16/17 for a door ding and wind noise problem, 9am appt, at 11 they said the dent guy wasn’t gonna be there and at 1 they said they had to order a part to fix the wind noise, control head for the hvac. 2 weeks went by, no call from Avery, I called and finally got another appt when all was suppose to be fixed 12/19 at 8am. Arrived and was told that the hvac was fixed in 45 min. Waited on the dent guy to show up 10:30, he fixed the dent. Finally got to leave at 1130 to find that the hvac problem was not fixed and no new parts had been installed, even though they said it was. Called back and of course they would not return a call like they said they would. Finally took it to another dealership on 12/27, 45 minutes there, problem was diagnosed correctly, part ordered and will be fixed this Thursday. More

remote start on truck this is my 4th ram laramie and all had remote start this one did not i just assumed it it did when i purchased it, i would not have purchased it if i this is my 4th ram laramie and all had remote start this one did not i just assumed it it did when i purchased it, i would not have purchased it if i had known i guess it was my mistake but i called mr hines and he told me if i would have driven the truck i would have had known it didn't have it. he said he would call me back about the price for putting on remote start, i never heard from him or anyone else, i am extremely disappointed about my truck, i thought all ram laramie that cost $54,00 would have had it on it, please let mr brown read this, More
Service Much Better Than Expected Received notification from Chrysler Corporation that my 2008 Durango was due to 5 year inspection, required to keep warranty in tact. Called yesterday, spoke with Cleve the Service Manager who told me to bring it in after lunch the next day and it wouldn't take long. Arrived at 1:00 PM, checked in with Darrell Graham. Within 10 minutes, Darrell had assigned my vehicle to a technician who pulled it into the shop. To make a long story short, I was gone by 1:45. Thanks Cleve and Darrell for the great service. More

It is not uncommon to be ignored when you first enter, be met with poor customer service, to have your vehicle dirtied, or items in your vehicle messed with during servicing. Fortunately, Darrell's willingness to rectify issues and pick up for others' slack, is the only reason I continue to frequent this dealership. A hard worker committed to customer service and getting the job done!! Major kudos to this individual. If you are to visit this dealership, be sure to request Darrell. More
