We looked in a 6 state radius for 4 weeks straight and nearly gave up and went to Toyota to buy a car instead...this is the reason for the overall experience rating of "Good" isntead of "Great". Gentry Mikesell is the reason we ended up purchasing from Subaru. He was the most professional, friendly and caring salesperson I have ever worked with.
