My experience with Nate Wade was exceptional. Roger Bird was very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted, at a decent price. I had never purchased a car without the help of my dad, but both Roger and Ni was very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted, at a decent price. I had never purchased a car without the help of my dad, but both Roger and Nick made it very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Nate Wade when looking for both new and used cars. More
I felt the negotiation was fair and Roger seemed very knowledgeable about the car. The car was nice detailed and ready for me to drive. I liked the fact that I negotiated the price for the most part via email and then when it came down to the final step we did that in person. More
Overall poor satisfaction with the dealership's service department. They consistantly show their actual lack of knowledge concerning the computer systems that operate the vehicle. My first experience inv department. They consistantly show their actual lack of knowledge concerning the computer systems that operate the vehicle. My first experience involved not knowing that our vehicle would only allow a maximum number of keys to operative it (hence why the remote start would not work) -- that took only 3 days to figure out for them and a nice gouge on our rear bumper (we had just purchased the car 2 weeks prior). Our second experience involved evaluating our vehicle for damage after it slid on ice over a ledge. We had the car immediately seen by them where they stated the car had no damage. The next day, the vehicle was not driving straight and after having it towed and evaluated again, they found that they completely missed that the axle was SEVERLY bent. Finally, just recently, the remote start would not function and in fact was killing the engine. Turning the ignition with the key was also struggling to start the car. When they evaluated the problem, they could not figure out what was wrong and instead exchanged the entire computer control system (with yet another gouge, this time in the front bumper). Great, the car starts perfectly now... only it also sets the alarm off. When we called to inform Mitch -- completely dismissed the problem and said to bring it in after the weekend. We have absolutely NO confidence in this dealership. I've experienced higher profesionalism at Pep Boys. We went to Nate Wade because of the proximity to our home, but in retrospect, traveling the extra distance to Mark Miller or Larry Miller Subaru will be our next choice. More
Excellent service and body shop repair performed June 16-23 on my 2006 Subaru Legacy. Joy Hansen (manager) and Chadd Ashby (estimator) were particularly helpful and in constant communication with me as the repairs progressed, and even provided me with a "loaner" when the demanding 3-step auto finish took longer than anticipated. I'd used this body shop's services on a previously owned Subaru, and their service on this visit was as exceptional as I'd come to expect. (I also e-mailed the Utah BBB of my great experience). The car is beautiful now, and all the body damage is gone, with the auto finish the lovely pearly white in appearance which I'd fell in love with when I purchased the used vehicle from Nate Wade originally. My thanks again to all your excellent staff, which has kept me a regular Nate Wade Subaru customer over the years. More
In 2008 I purchased my first Subaru Outback from Nate Wade Subaru. I purchased it because of very high recommendations from friends who owned or had owned a Subaru. I have driven that car for two years Wade Subaru. I purchased it because of very high recommendations from friends who owned or had owned a Subaru. I have driven that car for two years and loved every minute of it. I have owned rear wheel drive, front wheel drive and four wheel drive vehicles and that Subaru Outback was the best car I have ever driven in the greatest snow on earth in Utah. When I saw the 2010 Outback I loved the new look and knew I would own one. When I decided to purchase there was never a doubt I would go back to Nate Wade Subaru to purchase my next Subaru. Tony Swartz was the best, most knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with and Nicholas Poulos the best business manager. Both gentlemen made my buying experinece very enjoyable. Thank you Nate Wade Subaru!! More
The service was very good. Nick responded to my questions very promptly through means of emails. He also gave us an idea of what to expect and followed through with that expectation. The other thing that w very promptly through means of emails. He also gave us an idea of what to expect and followed through with that expectation. The other thing that we liked was that as we worked through the internet we didn't have to deal with the games and were able to get to where we needed to be within our budget and without the hastle. I would refer anyone to Nate Wade and to work with Nick. More

We went in to purchace a '06 Legacy 2.5I sedan. Everything went like clockwork. I was surprised to learn that I had just nabbed the last 2.5I SE sedan in Atlantic Blue Pearl with a manual tranny i Everything went like clockwork. I was surprised to learn that I had just nabbed the last 2.5I SE sedan in Atlantic Blue Pearl with a manual tranny in the state. The only problem is that they had to drive it down from Ogden, and it was late in the evening. Went to pick it up the next day and I couldn't get over the car!!! I was offered a 2005 Legacy for the night, but due to my wife geting in a accident some months back I declined. We left my old POS trade in there and took our '06 Civic coupe home. Over all a very painless sales commitment. Also the F and I manager is great. I will continue to buy from this dealer for a very long time. Cheers. More
