Bought a car there that started giving me problems since day one and brought it back to trade the vehicle they wouldn’t work with me and they also dint want to fix the issues under the 2 months warranty pol day one and brought it back to trade the vehicle they wouldn’t work with me and they also dint want to fix the issues under the 2 months warranty policy the vehicle came with. Brought it to Hyundai who fix issues with oil leaking everywhere bad struts. So finally i go back to get the problem with the roters because vehicle kept shaking when i brake. It was basically a dog fight with these people. Frank the financial guy bad business and gino from service terrible people to so business. Don’t go there!!!! More

Bad communication, actually none! Waited 2 months for a piece ti come in, ti later discover it wasn’t covered by my very expensive warranty. They tried to overcharge me. So we have a disagreement ( professionaly) and on the way out he says hey u need a new engine. So I I called his supervisor to discuss this issue and he supervisor says we'll maybe he just chose bad words or not exactly letting u know. I left and took the car to another place for proper communication. More
Awful experience. Used car I bought had check engine light on within days. I had bought warranty and of course didn’t cover the piece needed. Took them 2 months to let me know it didn’t cover and I needed to pay $1,700. I refused and took the car to another dealership that I use for my lease, costed half and job done within 24 hours. I was thinking to switch from Mazda to Nissan for my lease, I’m not! And I was charged $230 for checking a vehicle that came out of their place. They were certainly aware of the problem. I bought old cars before. They definitely need work. But not within a month I took them home. I will never return there. Not even for oil changes. If engine or transmission breaks down, I’ll show up with my mechanic. More
