Do better Napoli Nissan! I was very disappointed with my entire experience from beginning to end. Both Donald and Bridgette failed to listen and write down accurately what I was very disappointed with my entire experience from beginning to end. Both Donald and Bridgette failed to listen and write down accurately what the problem was with my vehicle, leading to being told it was all set, only to pick it up and have the car NOT START as soon as it was turned off, and when I called before 6pm just after picking it up discovering the problem still, to tell them, no one answered! Then, when I said, that I wanted the 11 month old battery put back or given back to me since there were 2 years left on the warranty, I was told it was already disposed of and there was NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE! I would NEVER have paid nearly $500 to replace a battery....that wasn't even the issue, it was the starter! I feel taken advantage of and robbed! I will never ever recommend anyone to use Napoli Nissan and will absolutely be sharing my experience with Nissan Corporate and on social media. More

Car was repaired, but the cover of the driver seat was ripped in their care. Managed Luis said we brought it damaged. Did not appreciate it. A simple apology, was enough for us. Can always repair it.
