I have been a customer for many years! I felt with Ro Fiorella and he was accomading and easy and understandable to deal with ! I got good service from Napoli but must admit I might look f I felt with Ro Fiorella and he was accomading and easy and understandable to deal with ! I got good service from Napoli but must admit I might look for serving elsewhere because services are expensive and I am on limited income now and really don’t drive a lot! Awful. Sold me a broken car after they erased the error codes. Then wanted to charge me $400 for a diagnostic fee after having the car less than 14days. Ch Sold me a broken car after they erased the error codes. Then wanted to charge me $400 for a diagnostic fee after having the car less than 14days. Charged my card $100 for the loaner while they diagnosed the car and never gave me the $100 back. Service dept personnel are rude and degrading to customers. Have someone call you back forget it. I would give negative stars More
