Luis, the service manager, did a thorough job of explaining every aspect of the services needed including putting my car on the lift and showing me a serious problem with the left front wheel struct explaining every aspect of the services needed including putting my car on the lift and showing me a serious problem with the left front wheel structure. I called back and asked the staff to replace all 4 wheels and they were most accommodating. The entire service dept seems to work as a team with excellent communication. My first contact for service was a young woman named Maya. She was helpful and efficient. My car is purring thanks to the service department at Napoli Nissan. More
