The car i wanted for the price i could afford I came in to the dealership thinking id come in and get a price and end up going some where else as i have read some of the reviews .. but after worki I came in to the dealership thinking id come in and get a price and end up going some where else as i have read some of the reviews .. but after working art and the manager ken montijo i got a great deal on the new NIRO ..I told the manger that i wasn't going to buy because of the bad reviews i read and he told me something that rang truth ...and i quote "WE SELL ALMOST 300 CARS A MONTH AND WE GET 10 BAD REVIEW so 97% of the people are happy" ...So i told him i would give them a great review More

Would not advise going here. -I bought my use car from here on 2/7/2017 and I am still left with all kinds of unresolved problems. They took a warranty listed car and made it 'AS -I bought my use car from here on 2/7/2017 and I am still left with all kinds of unresolved problems. They took a warranty listed car and made it 'AS-IS".but wasn't smart enough to know a photo speaks a thousand words before they got rid of the evidence which had my signature and we was told it didn't exist by Shadi.....wrong! -Pushed a warranty in place of giving a warranty because the Finance dept gets a bonus for what they sell (per Shadi words to us). -Deceived about the existing warranty left by manufacturer to selll the car. Instead of 5 years it was 4 mos. which was verified by the manufacturer. -Still had to negotiate the car although the price was lower on the web than on the lot. -Forged my name without my permission on a document and who knows what else. -ERORRS, ERRORS, ERRORS found on our documents we had to have corrected. -Did not give me all my documents from the signing by witholding papers and had to return and demand missing papers. -Did not detail the car anywhere near a clean car and had to request it several time until I chose to do it myself to save the headache. -They put a rear plate on with 1 screw and it fell off and was loss. We had to get a new set of plates and multiple returns to the City Clerk's Office (1st - Plate registration was not given to me, 2nd - lost plate and reregistering the new plate and city sticker. -Left 20 lug locks on the vehicle without having possession to a key to give us. -Had to return on several occassion due to incomplete work. -Insulted me about a Certified Reputable bank check. -Nicks and scuffs still exist from what was owed to us to remove. Corporate don't want to compensate fairly for loss but wants us to remove our reviews. Erik was awesome for going over and beyond to try and clean up after others; errors, mess up, lack of service and never bashing them but just doing what was needed to satisfy the customer. My rating is only higher because of Erik. More
