Beware of scheduling a service “appointment” at this dealer. They accept more appointments than they have capacity to repair on a given day. I made a recent appointment for a warranty repair and dropped dealer. They accept more appointments than they have capacity to repair on a given day. I made a recent appointment for a warranty repair and dropped off the car on time. (The parts had been on order for five months and we were never notified they arrived until we called to inquire, but that is a separate matter). I was informed when dropping off the car (not when scheduling the appointment) that it was possible it would not be complete in one day, but they would make every effort to get it finished that day. They prefer to communicate via text, and didn’t respond to my inquiry in the afternoon about the status of the repair. I checked the Kia app and found out that night the car had been parked and locked since I dropped it off. Work did not even begin until 24 hours after my appointment. I would have much preferred to drop off the car the next day - when they actually worked on the car, instead of having it parked at the dealer for an entire day and unavailable for my family’s use. The service department had a very apathetic attitude about this - they didn’t care at all about my inconvenience. I don’t know if it is because of the lower profits of a warranty repair, or if they treat all customers this poorly. More

my Kia has been with them 4 times now for the same issue - 4 tows in 60 days and yet they cannot fix the issue on a 2 year old car!... they never answer the phone or call you - text only... eventually.... i - 4 tows in 60 days and yet they cannot fix the issue on a 2 year old car!... they never answer the phone or call you - text only... eventually.... if you are lucky. also no offer of a loaner car during the 20 days the had my car... just terrible. I typically don't leave negative reviews - but I've never had to work so hard to try to get a dealership to sell us a car!! After being hounded by email, text, and phone calls for a week, my husband and I dr had to work so hard to try to get a dealership to sell us a car!! After being hounded by email, text, and phone calls for a week, my husband and I drove from Wisconsin to Illinois to look at a used car on a Saturday. After we drove the car, we asked about an open recall item on Carfax. The manager said he couldn't certify the car until that was cleared, but he could give us a "crazy good deal" on a new car. We declined. He said they would fix the recall issue (it was minor) on Monday. We received calls and texts on Monday including one saying the recall was taken care of. I called on Monday twice asking for a document confirming the sales price so we could take it to the bank and finalize our loan. No response. I called on Tuesday twice. No document. No return calls. I called on Wednesday. Same story. At this point, we are wondering if that vehicle was just bait to get us into the dealership. The vehicle was a 2023 that has been in the dealers possession since September 2023 and never sold. Thursday I called again, this time asking to talk with the most senior person available. Then I was told someone was in the dealership at that moment buying the car. Either this is utter incompetence or outright scamming. Not sure which. Either way we'd advise everyone to steer clear! This was by far the worst shopping experience of my life. I hate to even give one star. The pushy fast talking manager Adam wasn't even the worst part. Good down payment, excellent credit, and prearranged financing does not matter in this place. This is not a female friendly environment for customers or employees alike. Buyers beware, shop at your own risk in this place!!! More
