Avoid Ed Napleton Kia Service Dept!! Go Elsewhere!!! The service department at this location makes me never want to own a Kia again! The service is terrible! Roger the manager is the most unprofessional The service department at this location makes me never want to own a Kia again! The service is terrible! Roger the manager is the most unprofessional manager I have seen in a business environment. I own three Kia's, all purchased from this dealer, my most recent purchase was a Kia stinger! MY STINGER has been facing a lot of issues that other stingers are also having which is a paint chipping issue. Roger was the one that was handling this as he is the Service Director and is the manager who must work directly with the dpsm and warranty department. Two months ago I submitted a claim to Kia Corporate who they told me to go see Roger to take photos so they could be sent to corporate. After of the photos were taken I left Roger more than 13 messages in four weeks and still never got a callback. I finally spoke to him 3 weeks ago and said he would call me in a few days with claim results. I have now been trying to get a hold of Roger again for two weeks for a status, and left 5 messages. I have talked to him briefly three times which he says he will call me back within an hour and never calls back. He probably says that so he doesn't have to deal with a pissed off customer. I regret ever owning a Kia as I never thought it would be such an issue to get good service. I understand the paint chip is a warranty issue however customer service is The worst I have ever seen. As much as I love my Kia's, I will never own one again thank you to Roger and his team and their proof to how crappy of customer service they have. Not worth the headache! I will be looking for other cars in the near future not by Kia! I will make a positive note that the sales team and especially Kyle, here does a terrific job, however I don't want to buy a car from somewhere that I can't take it for service! More

Painless process!! Went to Ed Napletons's Kia after going to another Kia dealer who promised that they'd have the car I wanted in stock but didn't. 5 star Treatment!! These guys go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Smiles all over the staffs faces and felt like a great enviroment to be in. Most importantly they beat the price i had already gotten from a competitor for my 2019 sorento. George was a pleasure to work with as my sales associate, and spent the extra time to make sure i understood how everything in the car works. Big time bonus!!! On top of it all theres an automatic wash in back of the acura building i can run my car thru 6 days a week. Fantastic job George and Napleton Kia. Will absolutely reccomend!! More

Wasted Time, Hidden Costs We negotiated a price after an initial visit for a car. We were then invited to come and talk specifics on that specific vehicle another day. Then w We negotiated a price after an initial visit for a car. We were then invited to come and talk specifics on that specific vehicle another day. Then we were reminded two times during that day to come in and talk specifics. Once we arrived, we were told the car we wanted was already sold two days prior. Then we were convinced to see if they could locate another similar vehicle with the required options we needed. There were suddenly new charges that totaled over $2000 over the original negotiated price (not taxes). I rarely write reviews, however customer service only improves with others when they aware Of their short comings. We wasted time driving and sitting through this disappointment. Advertised prices here are to get you in the door, but seem distasteful. More
