Our initial experience forced us to leave the dealership due to the fact that our requested pricing information had not been prepared and the person in charge of pricing had left for the day, despite our existing appointment. We returned to the dealership 1 week later and had the most flawless experience we could have imagined. Not only were we given a fantastic deal on our brand new car, but we were treated with the respect and kindness that we had hoped for. Don't trust or believe anything they say After doing some online research and getting a couple of competitive quotes, Ed Napleton Kia said they would beat our lowest offer by 5%. Even after sending them other quotes and asking them not to waste my time, they not only couldn't beat our offer but they couldn't even match the other competitive offers. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! It is all a trap to get you in the door, so they can convince you that other dealers are untruthful. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else where they value people's time. They even said before coming in that they "guaranteed not to waste my time" and that they "were not playing games". More
