We were in a frantic and my daughter needed a car. We called Ed Napleton Kia of Elmhurst. We explained of our experience at the other car dealership at this point we were very upset and they told us a price over the phone which was what we were looking for and for us to come right over. We went right over and this was at 8:30 in the evening on a Thursday night. They waited for us and was so courteous when we went in. They did not have the car in stock but told us they will without a doubt have our car for us the next day. I have never been so impressed with a dealership in my life! They came through and we received a call from them the next day they had a car for my daughter. I so want to thank everyone at ED Napleton Kia of Elmhurst for standing by their word and coming through for us.
