Wasted Time, Hidden Costs We negotiated a price after an initial visit for a car. We were then invited to come and talk specifics on that specific vehicle another day. Then we were reminded two times during that day to come in and talk specifics. Once we arrived, we were told the car we wanted was already sold two days prior. Then we were convinced to see if they could locate another similar vehicle with the required options we needed. There were suddenly new charges that totaled over $2000 over the original negotiated price (not taxes). I rarely write reviews, however customer service only improves with others when they aware Of their short comings. We wasted time driving and sitting through this disappointment. Advertised prices here are to get you in the door, but seem distasteful. More
