These scam artists sold me on a somewhat used car that my wife and I was getting for my mother. From a sales point of view they did their job the right way and closed the deal, even sold me on an extended warranty. TWO ****** weeks later this piece of **** broke down, TWO weeks. I had it towed back to the dealership. The salesman kept insisting it passed the 150 point inspection. The customer service or lack there of almost pushed me over the edge. They had my moms car for a month and a half. The extended warranty wouldn't pay for the repairs because it happened to soon after the purchase and it looked like fraud. The people from the salesman to the service manager NEVER called me back. I had to make repeated phone calls week after week. They quit taking my calls and started sending me to voicemail. I started calling from different numbers just to get a hold of people. I was told 10 different things by 10 different people. I have been told the car will be ready to be picked up this evening. I hope this place falls into the earth during an earthquake... After I pick up the car of course. More

The team here is phenomenal and the experience is pleasant overall. They consistently made sure I was comfortable and didn't pressure me into anything. We came in looking for a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Hyundai. We needed time to make sure we were making a good decision and Kyle gave us a great deal that we couldn’t pass up, especially with how young our credit is right now. It’s a dealership, so the stereotypical process is there, but Kyle made it much less painful by being upfront and getting us all the info we needed. If you go tic Napelton Kia, definitely go to him. He confirmed that it was a hardtop, so I made a trip Monday to the dealership to see it. Guess what, it’s a soft top! I don’t know if the dealership management tells their employee to lie about the cars to get traffic in the door with hope of selling them a car, or if the employee is doing it on his own, but I won’t recommend this dealership.
