We came in looking for a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Hyundai. We needed time to make sure we were making a good decision and Kyle gave us a great deal that we couldn’t pass up, especially with how young our credit is right now. It’s a dealership, so the stereotypical process is there, but Kyle made it much less painful by being upfront and getting us all the info we needed. If you go tic Napelton Kia, definitely go to him. He confirmed that it was a hardtop, so I made a trip Monday to the dealership to see it. Guess what, it’s a soft top! I don’t know if the dealership management tells their employee to lie about the cars to get traffic in the door with hope of selling them a car, or if the employee is doing it on his own, but I won’t recommend this dealership.
