Service department I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have the doors looked at on my van. I was told it should take 1 hr. I arrived 5 min early to the appointment to register, then spent 2 hours waiting. Finally a customer service rep came and told me they were “just getting started working on your car.” I am completely appalled that I had an appointment and no one looked at my car for 2 hours. I brought a toddler who did not do well with the unplanned wait time and lack of clear communication. It is NOT worth getting a Kia for the warranty if you don’t get service. I am absolutely disappointed in my choice to return to the dealer for any service and will NEVER do this again. I will gladly pay my mechanic to provide good timely service and communication if my car needs anything. Worst dealer EVER! More

The best!! Napleton Kia is awesome.. I have had many unhappy service issues over the years at other dealers. I had the Best drop off an get picked up at Napleton Kia is awesome.. I have had many unhappy service issues over the years at other dealers. I had the Best drop off an get picked up at work nearby. While they quickly serviced my car. Rebecca Hillyard does an outstanding job as Service advisor quickly called after inspection and advised needed work and had a driver pick me up after a brake job and battery. I had my car done washed and ready by lunch. WELL DONE! More

These scam artists sold me on a somewhat used car that my wife and I was getting for my mother. From a sales point of view they did their job the right way and closed the deal, even sold me on an extended warranty. TWO ****** weeks later this piece of **** broke down, TWO weeks. I had it towed back to the dealership. The salesman kept insisting it passed the 150 point inspection. The customer service or lack there of almost pushed me over the edge. They had my moms car for a month and a half. The extended warranty wouldn't pay for the repairs because it happened to soon after the purchase and it looked like fraud. The people from the salesman to the service manager NEVER called me back. I had to make repeated phone calls week after week. They quit taking my calls and started sending me to voicemail. I started calling from different numbers just to get a hold of people. I was told 10 different things by 10 different people. I have been told the car will be ready to be picked up this evening. I hope this place falls into the earth during an earthquake... After I pick up the car of course. More

Most dealers will try to upsell you on a vehicle when you've been more than clear that you don't want anything else. That's not the case here. We left the location with the vehicle we came to see. The team here is phenomenal and the experience is pleasant overall. They consistently made sure I was comfortable and didn't pressure me into anything. Great experience overall and I look forward to returning for our next car purchase. Nick definitely took care of us. More
