They listed a used car for a reasonable p This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, and I've bought over a dozen cars over the past 38 years. They listed a used car for a reasonable price, I scheduled a test drive and afterwards agreed to sit down and make a deal. They tried just about every dirty trick in the book, starting with adding a huge fee on the listing price -somewhere close to $2k- for advertising and inspection fees (this made up fee was in addition to tax, title and license), and then told me they could knock off $1k so that the price I was starting with was already $1k over their advertised price, and they pretended they were giving me a deal! He kept running back and forth to talk to the sales manager who he claimed was getting angry at them for even asking for such a low price (another well known salesman tactic) and then claimed the lowest they could go was $500 OVER the listing price online. By this point, I had wasted over 2 hours there, between the test drive and their dishonest sales tactics and I decided to leave. They literally chased me out to my car to come back in and make a deal. Sorry, but I wouldn't ever deal with these liars and hustlers (who were also very patronizing and sexist, I might add - calling me "sweetheart" and "honey" in a demeaning way). I ended up going to a different dealer who gave me a great deal on a car without the hustles and hassles and they treated me with respect. I will never buy a car from any Napleton dealership EVER and have told everyone I know about my experience. I know I'm not the only one so I recommend people do their due diligence and really, really think twice about shopping here, there are plenty of other dealerships in the Chicago area. More

Scam Artists Price of vehicle was $11,995, after we get the finance manager involved the price comes back to us at $17,643. A 45% increase in the price of the car. Bottom line is they come up with a $1500 dollar KIA expirence fee and a $2000 certification fee + title and taxes and plates and it still didn’t add up to the $17643 I would give it negative stars if I could! More

Disappointing Experience My experience with this dealership was disappointing to say the least, from the lack of communication between staff to the sales tactics they practice My experience with this dealership was disappointing to say the least, from the lack of communication between staff to the sales tactics they practice. I went to this dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle. I set up a test drive and received a quote via email regarding the vehicle I was interested in. When we arrived, no one had any idea who we were, but a salesperson was able to locate the vehicle and take me on a test drive. I loved the vehicle and at this point expected to leave with it. When we sat down with the salesperson to speak about pricing, he immediately asked to run my credit score. At this point he could not confirm to me that the quote I received was the price of the car, and though I believe he looked for help, management continued to push him back on us with additional fees associated with the unknown price of the car. They told us they could not give us the price of the car without running my credit score. I understand dealerships don't want to show financing options without an idea of credit, but there is no reason they could not give me the cash price of the car. After 2 hours at the dealership and still no idea what they would actually charge for the vehicle we decided to leave. Management then magically appeared to suggest a cheaper option, having no idea what our price range was in the first place. I bought a car later that evening at another dealership (a subaru, a vehicle that this Kia manager made sure to mention has breakdown problems on our way out the door). This dealership lost a sale because of their inability to be even remotely transparent. Management was unprofessional, deceitful and unhelpful. More

Just so happen to stop by to look feeling disappointed because I knew I would not have money until my next paycheck which isn't until next week and I meet Kyle my salesman.. He was professional very straight forward no games answered all my questions with out having to "ask my manager" which other salesmen were doing at the previous dealerships that I visited today.I very happy with my new Kia Optima black on black beautiful car has all the features I need .. I wanted to test drive a used car at Napleton Kia at Elmhurst and talk with someone about what was available on my budget. Enter Kyle Gonzalez. He was professional and friendly, he listened to my needs and concerns, and found the perfect car for me, far exceeding my expectations. Thanks to Marius for crossing all the T's and dotting all the I's, explaining all the details, and for sharing your story. Buying a car is a big purchase, it's stressful, and can be overwhelming. Terrible customer service I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Only about an hour after leaving the dealership a service light pops up on my dashboard so I c I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Only about an hour after leaving the dealership a service light pops up on my dashboard so I call and set up an appointment to have it checked out the next day. At the service center after about a 5 minute look at the car they tell me that I should take it to ford that they don’t know what it is! This after I purchased the “napleton expirience” for $ 1390! I’ve been trying to reach the salesmen who sold me the car as he promised he would get back to me but every time I call they say he is busy or simply he never gets on the line. I spoke to a manager who said he would call me in a couple hours and of course no call back! Be careful with this dealership they are out for your money and once they have it you can forget about having a good expirience! The salesmen who sold me this car is called Wilson. More
