He was great with his pitch and working with us for what we could afford without being the stereotypical pushy car salesman. Each member of the staff we worked with was very polite and pleasant to work with. Really the only downside of our whole experience was the amount of time everything took. We were there a total of almost 5 hours. I understand that Saturdays are busy, though. I would like to note that each car we test drove wasn't the cleanest. One was extremely dirty and had a noticeable odor that put us off buying it. The one we ended up purchasing had peanuts on the floor but luckily they cleaned up the car before we drove it off the lot. I wouldn't be comfortable buying sight unseen, but I would be willing to come back to this dealership because the of the staff. More
Don’t shop here. Salesman Jim S. blatantly lied about a car on their website. Car had an amazing price. Wife called late on Saturday, Jim said he would “lose the key” so we could come in for it on Monday at 5. Got an email from Jim Monday morning with the link to the car. Wife got home early Monday and called Jim. Low and behold that car was no longer there, but a more expensive one was. Jim told my wife it was sold Saturday even though she called late and it was there and he sent an email Monday morning saying it was there. When I called story changed and he never said that to my wife and the car was now sold Monday morning. Feeble try at bait and switch. And Sales Manager was never available. Got a car at World Kia in Joliet instead. Don’t shop here unless you want to deal with BS. More

I came in knowing EXACTLY what car I wanted from their inventory and I was able to drive off the lot with that exact car. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Andre was proactive and pressure free and that’s ALWAYS a plus. I will and already have highly recommended him to others. I’m definitely going back to him for my next car. More

1st oil change I scheduled my 1st oil change and the lady on phone quoted a $40 price for the change. I told her my type of car and year. That’s a 25% up charge in a simple oil change. Needless to say if they do this I would not come back for anything more serious. More

awful sales worst experience with sales associates and managers. Unprofessional, unethical and dishonest. zero stars. As as intelligent, prepared and informed woman buyer, I was totally marginalized and disrespected by this dealership. The manager that decided NOT to honor this deal didn't even have the decency to come out of his office to talk to me directly. Felt bad for the staff member he sent out to talk to me. More
