My vehicle had only 9,291 miles at this point in time. My Kia manual state: " If you notice your vehicle vibrating when driving on a smooth road, your wheels may need to be balanced." I did not have any vibration when driving and did not see a need to have wheels balanced. Since service did not do any testing for vibration or out of balance of wheels I felt that service was trying to have me do unnecessary service. TO RED FLAG my vehicle for this is uncalled for.

You’re salesperson emailed us Monday morning with the listing for the car and then lied to us about it. He should know what you have in inventory. He told my wife the vehicle sold Saturday (must have been while you were closed) and then told me it sold Monday morning. Very shady dealings.
